Wynns Extended Warrenty thought i was covered but i guess not Dearborn Michigan

i bought a 2004 nissan altima back in may of 2008 it had only 78000 miles on it and looked good. when i bought the car i also bought a wynns plus extended warrenty for 2 years or 24000 miles. it is now jan,2009 and last week my car stalled but started right up again so i thought it was bad gas but each day the car ran worse with no check engine lite on.

finally 2 days later the lite came on and i went to advance auto parts and use their tester to find out that number 4 cylinder miss fired. well thats pretty vaige so i took it to a nissan dealership by my house to put it on a better machine to find out what the problem was. they told me it would cost 95.00 to do it and i thought it needs to get done so i told them go ahead with the test.

after the test he pulled the spark plugs out and found that two of them were close shot and that something was in the motor.they called wynns to let them know and wynns told them they would need my okay to take the engine apart to see what happend so i gave them the okay thinking that my warrenty would cover the problem. well the tore it down and found that 2 screws from the intake manifold came lose and fell into the motor along with the butterfly flap. wynns will not cover this for some reason even though it says intake manifold is covered. i guess parts of the intake manifold are not covered.

nissan is doing everthing they can to help me because i have only put 10000 miles on this car. so now i have a car in a box that i still owe on for the next 4 and a half years that i can"t drive. i am laid off from work so getting a loan to have nissan fix it is out.these parts that failed are on the inside of the intake manifold and i would think they would be covered. the print on the back of the contract says the intake is covered. very miss leading if you ask me.
