 I worked as a personal assistant for Fred Bush for his construction company and at his unopened restaurant Peppers on hwy 85 in Riverdale Ga. i applied to be a bartender and he hired me as a manager (with no management experience to help open his restaurant. I had problems with him paying me from the beginning. He told me that he needed help opening his restaurant and assured me that he would pay me weekly for the work i did for him. At the same time, he hired me as a personal assistant for his construction company X-ceptional construction, making calls to project managers, sending invoices, creating and emailing contracts and so on and so forth. The first week i worked, i was supposed to get paid on the friday ending the work week. i had to meet him at a restaurant to get my money, (cash) which then turned to lunch and him expressing his feelings and deep likes he had for me. This lunch was very uncomfortable for me because i had stated to him prior to this day that i have a child and im only in this to get paid so i can take care of my child.

I continued to work for him. I interviewed several people for his restuarant, sat at the restaurant for numerous hours working while plumbers and different people were there performing different services to help open the place. He sexually harrassed me several times and i asked him not to do that because i am not that type of girl and i do not want any type of relationship with him of this sort, even after he told me he was married. He became upset after i told him that i did not want to deal with him in this matter and thats when everything went downhill. He told me that he only put me in this position because he wanted me to be his girlfriend and because i dont agree with that he had to put things in perspective. His exact words. The following friday i was to be paid my set weekly pay. I did not receive any pament from him. I continued to work trusting his word that he has spoken to his accountant and i would have payment direct deposited into my account any day. That went over into the next work week and i still had not gotten paid. I stressed to him the predicament he had put me and my family in and the urgency of my payment to handle my business and continue business with him. He came to my house and brought me a small partial payment from my prior weeks payment and stated that that was all the cash he had on him and he would get some things in line so that i will recieve a check the friday of this same week for my prior week and this same weeks pay. He then went to my bank and deposited a check into my account for the remainder of the money he owed me for the prior week i was not paid. i proceeded to pay my bills that were getting behind for his lack of payment for my work. A few days later i receive a call from my bank stating that my account had been overdrawn the whole amount of this check he had deposited due to non sufficient funds of this check. He promised me via email, text messages, and verbally that he would take care of this matter and also pay me for the last week i worked for him. Now he refuses to take any of my calls to discuss him paying me the money he owes me and to satisfy my bank account and all fees accrues from his fraudulent check.

I advise any and everyone who comes across this scum to do your research. Or you to will be a victim of his deceitfulness and dishonest acts. I do not have time in my day to get on the internet and make up things about an honest person who has done no wrong to me and my family and people i know. so dont take it lightly the things i tell you or any other person on here for that matter. Everyone must realize its not just one or two people that has been victimized by this person, but several and many more will be if someone does not stop him. I have emails and detailed text messages to back up every word that i say. Fred Bush needs to be punised for the things that he has done. And i assure you, he will meet his match one day.
