I ordered two products from Xtoysboutique.com.  They charged my credit card which is linked to my checking account.  I never received my products and I have tried contacting them via the phone and email five times and have received no response.  They stole my money and are getting away with it!  It has been over 2.5 weeks since I placed the order.

After submitting a complaint with the better business bureau the company finally responded and shipped my order.  Horrible customer service.
