I ordered a scooter as a christmas gift to my daughter from these people. From the time I received the scooter it never worked. I had to wait until after christmas to contact them because they were all enjoying their christmas while my daughters was being ruined. I finally contacted them on the 29th of Dec. and voiced my concern about the faulty product they sent. They gave me some ticket number and had a technician call me. Once I received the call I told this technicians I would like a new product in return for the defective one.

He proceeded to tell me there was a no return no refund policy. I stated I would understand that had the product once worked or had I used it but this product never worked. He stated that it didn't matter. But, he would send me the parts neccessary to fix the scooter. I told him I was no electrician and didn't know how to tell him what was wrong other than to say the scooter does absolutely nothing. He amazingly could diagnose the problem right over the phone. And told me he would send me a new control module. I then told him I didn't know how to replace a control module. He then said excitedly"oh its easy anyone can do it" I asked him why I was responsible for fixing a product they sent me that didn't work from day one. He said thats just the way it works. I asked what would happen if the cntrol module didn't work or correct the problem. He said "then we'll send you more parts at no expense to you until the scooter runs properly.

I recevied the new control module and guess what? It was trash too just like the first one and just like the scooter they sent me. I contacted them again and angrily voiced me opinion all after emails were ignored. And they had the nerve to tell me they would gladly send me new parts at my expense. I told the technician named Bruce that I was told the parts wouldn't cost me anything. And he said "well I don't know why Todd would tell you you wouldn't have to pay for the parts. I responded by saying "well it may be because you sent me a piece of junk that has never worked from the time it was sent out. Through all of this I had hired an electrical engineer to fix my little girls christmas gift. He told me in his opinion the product I got was actually used.

I have yet to get my little girls scooter running. But hopefully we will soon. It comes down to this. I bought a product from this company with the expectation of receiving a quality scooter. The product never worked from the time it came out of the box and from the opinion of an electrical engineer could not have worked before it was shipped. When a cosumer buys a product we want that product to do exactly what it says. I have never been so disgusted with a business in all of my life.

I have had some bad experiences just like everyone else. But, this is just blatant disregard for the consumer. I would like to alert everyone I can about this company. If they did it to me they'll do it to you. I'm sure there are those who have gotten a satisfactory product from this company. But, if you have a problem with what you ordered just chaulk it up as a loss because these people could care less about you they just want your money.
