On June 18th I ordered a 4 camera system from these guys(249.99).I recieved them on or about june 26th. After about one week i decieded to install the system. During the setup i found one of the video recievers to be bad so i contacted X10.COM. I was given a RMA for the video reciever.

That night i checked out the quality of there Nightvision camera's and was well very dissappointed as the picture did not look anything like the one they showed you could not see anything. The next morning i called X10.COM once again and was given a RMA for the complete system. I packed each item back in its orginal box including the bad video reciever (which i even put the first RMA paper sticking out of the box with a note on it stating this was the bad reciever) once packed i called for pickup and shipped items back.

Finally 2 weeks later i called them asking where my refund was, i was told that they forgot to issue and would give it to a supervisor and issue my refund promptly.Two days later i recieved a email from paypal stating a partial refund had been issued in the ammount of (210.00) 39.99 short.

I called 10.COM and was told on the phone that my order was not all shipped back, that the BAD VIDEO RECIEVER was not in the box i shipped back. I explained the above stuff to the person on the phone he put me on hold and came back stating i did not ship item back as the weight of the package was exactly 1 pound off and thats what there video reciever weighs. i once again told him that i did ship it i even put it in the top of the box with tha RMA paper sticking out of the video recievers box with a note on it saying this dont work.He was no help so i ask for a supervisor.

Finally i was transfered over to a lady named MARIE She was like a robot saying the exact same things the first guy said.I once again tried to explain and tell her my story ,she would not listen and didnt care to listen. I ask her if she could call the warehouse that i was sure they made a mistake and probibly pulled out the BAD VIDEO RECIEVER because i had put the note on it about it not working. I was told no we wont do that i ask her why they wont do it and she stated that the package was exactly 1 pound off in weight and i didnt send the BAD VIDEO RECIEVER back. i ask her how they can say weight is the reson when i didnt ship it back in the same box with any packing matirals ect.i then ask her to please call the warehouse and have them repack the order minus the packing materals ect ect and please tell me the weight of the box then. I was told she will not call the warehouse for this. I then ask if she could atleast check with them today and have them recheck the order. I was told..... NO I WONT NOR WILL WE !! She then went back to the weight of the return box and said i am sorry but you will not be getting a refund for this item.

In closing i would like to warn all you people out there to not buy from x-10.Com as they are crooks who dont care at all about there customers. They actually go by the weight of a package to determin if you sent your items back. I am 95% sure that me putting the first RMA paper in the box is what caused this problem as i really do believe the recieving person seen this and sat this item to the side somewhere and forgot it. But without any supervisors help and X10.COM unwilling to check with there warehouse about this problem just shows me that they are not to be trusted todo business with and there support/supervisors are not there todo anything but tell you no your package didnt weigh the same as it did when we shipped it to you.....
