Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
the rebate is just a scam to draw sales to their monitors,which they don't pay,they won't let you resubmit the rebates, and they make it sound like it is your fault,which it is not.they told me they never received it, strange how they didn't get both my rebates in two separate envelopes , I will not purchase any products from PC Mall Which sold me the monitor and they will not help with this, they have not returned a call like they said they would,so they have lost a customer,and x2gen has also lost a customer,they use every excuse to Not pay the rebate so they can make more money, I hope a class action lawsuit is in the works ,cause you can sign me up

I filed a complaint with BBB against PC mall who advertised and sold me the monitor, for false and deceptive advertising. PC mall than finally contacted me and had me send the rebates to them,and PC mall resubmited rebates to X2gen and I finally recieved the full rebates,so if anyone had the same problem I had, file a complaint with the BBB against the place you purchased it from .
