Xavier Exotic Botanicals ripoff Colorado Springs Colorado

Xavier Exotic Botanicals has been sending out email advertisements about how good and relaxing their products are.
They are a rip off!! I ordered their products, not worried since they have a 30 day refund statement on their website. I tried to use the products as the instructions said. I got the worst headache I ever had, and I was sick for two days. After contacting the company by email and over the phone, I was told to send back the products and I would get a refund. After sending back the products I recieved a phone call from them to tell me that I would recieve only a 50% refund back (I had already spent $121.00 on their rip off product). When I tried to question this, they hung up the phone on me (very rude business practice) and I can not get thru to them because they now have their answering machine on all the time, and they have not returned my calls. I am now without the product and my money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of Colorado Springs and I hope they can help me get my money back. Do not order from this dishonest company, tell your friends to avoid this company. I am doing so in my state. My hope is that this very rude and dishonest company is put out of business. They are a total Rip Off!!!
