I have had very similar experiences with xheli. Their customer service is nonexistent. You might as well yell your complaint out into the woods; youll get as much satisfaction. They tout a 100% satisfaction guaranty. What they dont tell you is it's their satisfaction not the customers. If you receive one of their products and it is defective they will do nothing to help you. If they respond to you at all, they say we fly all before shipping lie lie lie. All they care about is getting your money. After that you are on your own. It's a good thing I live 2000 miles from xheli or I might wind up getting arrested. I will NEVER order from these unscrupulous people again. I suggest extream caution.
