I needed somebody to convert my site from psd to wordpress so I did a google search and found XHTML Junkies. I was taken back cause I saw some scam reports but I also saw a lot of pages about how the company was legit and not a scam.

I would soon find out that these were pages made up by XHTML Junkies to hide the fact that they are indeed a scam and ripoff.

My project was not done according to specifications. I spoke to several people before sending money through and laid out what was required. 

Two days later I got a "final" project that was a total train wreck. The work was stolen and did not properly function. The coding was not xhtml valid and filled with errors. They simply found an already existing wordpress theme and tried to shove my design elements into it.

When I tried to get my money back they refused to honor their "100% money back guarantee"

In the end I filed a bank dispute and got my money back that way. However, XHTML Junkies is a scam and all the positive reviews you see are made by the company itself for reputation management. Do not hire them for anything cause you will be ripped off and you will regret it.
