Xiaomiforsale long, long waiting time, without reply, delivery or refund Was in Europe, moved to China Internet

I would like to share my experience.

Xiaomiforsale.com was a normal website and company, which sells Xiaomi phones worldwide. Before a year back I ordered a couple of phones with no problem with "cash on delivery" opportunity.Phones were in my hand in 3 days!

Nowadays I needed a phone suddenly. I am a Xiaomi reseller in Hungary so I promised my customer a five-day delivery time. I was waiting 2 weeks, nothing happened. Then I started my emailing to them. No answer, no phone, no refund, no info. Nothing! Even my comments were ignored at their facebook site despite I used very bad and rude words.

A bit later I have contacted GoPay (a new Internet paying method, located in Czech Republic) which made contact with Xiaomiforsale.com. They have promised I would get my money back. After this XFS has made contact with me, promised my phone would be delivered soon. I wanted to cancel my order but was not allowed..and so on.

After 3 weeks wrangling finally I got my money back. A couple of forummates of mine still wait their money, probably I was lucky.

If you dont want to cause headache to yourself do not buy anything from them.

ps: Xiaomiforsale.com was earlier in Europe (Czech Rep.) which means no need to pay extra TAX on delivery. Now they are in China, must pay extra for TAX (in my country +27%) which is very very bad, and they do not advertise on their website. An unsupicious Europian buyer 100% must pay TAX as well!

Many other Chinese websites sell phones cheaper than them.

I never ever buy anything from them.
