Xist Talent and Model Unorthodox Montclair New Jersey

Just learned that Maria from Xist has really and truly contacted agencies who are now asking if they should stay away from my daughter.

Here is my answer:  If you decide to stay away from my daughter, this is a command from Maria from Xist with no sane background to support this command.

Why she commanded this:  I, as mom, asked a simple question that was answered with threats.  Maria did not or could sort out with me the issue at hand. I was as sweet as apple pie.  She made an error on an invoice.

What began as a 20 second question over a month and day on a commission bill ended badly with my daughter being blacklisted in the industry.

So heartbroken over this. 

My daughter did not talk to Maria about the commission bill.  I was the only one who ever discussed this topic with her.

Phone calls are coming in from people all over the industry asking why the blacklisting and what is wrong with my daughter. Nothing is wrong with her.  She had no contact with Maria from Xist in New Jersey whatsoever.  I was the only one who spoke to Xist.  Why punish an innocent bystander?

Truly perplexed and heartbroken over this evil act bestowed upon my daughter.  Didn't know such evil doings can be so close to home.  ):

Lots of us are extremely upset over this revelation.

Hoping the industry can learn the truth and allow my daughter to rightfully continue on her path that she began many years back.  By the way, thousands of dollars were spent for my daughter in the industry and one woman wants to burst her bubble.  I am sick over this.

Did not cash my daughters check.  This is an offense punishable with fines and jail time.  I am simply too smart for that.

Never refused to pay commission.  In fact, I stated several times I had no problem with that.

Called office to kindly ask you for clarification on the date worked.  You were wrong and I was right.  It was November and not December, as your invoice indicates.

Did not harrass employees.  Singularly spoke to you and only you.

Claimed my daughter did not work?  Nope.  She did work (but not the date you indicated).  Wrong again.

Yes, not registered or represrented by Xist.  So?  Is this important?

Were told not to harrass?  You screamed from the get-go.  You cannot or are simply incapable of carrying on a conversation.

You need to hire a part-timer to keep your records in order.

You need to hire someone to field phone calls since you are a hot-head.

Thanks for ruining my daughter's career.  She never spoke to you and doesn't even know you exist.  

You ruin her career after speaking to me and refusing to check your records to see you made an error.

Blacklisting my daughter is an incredibly harsh, vicious and demonic way to repond ... over my innocent inquiry.

How many other lives have you ruined because you have no patience to talk with the public?

Why did you tell people in the industry to call my daughters phone and harrass her as she was only stanging by and idling?  It is very upsetting when a person, like you, harrasses an innocent 21-year old.  She never spoke to you.  You never spoke to her.  You have never even had contact via e-mail, Twitter, Facebook and whatever other forms of social media are available out there.  Why seek out your industry friends to harrass her?  So baffled. This is just so evil of you.

Just saying…

You:

-Cashed your 21-year old daughter's check without her knowing.

-Refuse to pay comission due to this company for this job, in response to a simple e-mailed invoice.

-Called the office numerous times, harrassing employees

-Emailed harrassing employees several times

-Claimed your daughter did not work when she herself said she did

-Are not registered or represented by Xist, but rather Interface Talent

-Were told not to harrass or contact this company again or a Police Report would be filed, which it has. You still disregarded the warnings,
