xlibris riiped me off, they ingnore me, they lie, no royalties, told me what i wanted to hear, dont listen sydney Nationwide

when looking for publisher i came across xlibris i called then to see how it all worked. but stated to them my cookbook is nt ready yet just looking for info, they keeped calling me every week to see if my book is finished.

finally finished book didnt hear from anyone else so because they where calling me every week i went through xlibris, excited to publish my  book they where telling me things i didnt want to hear, and i couldnt afford it soi cryed but they gave me a deal that they would just make my book  slowly and i just pay them $400 a month

well after agreeing to that they wanted the money every 2 weeks so i was going broke to pay for my book, finally printed i get a copy to check over and to proof read and if i wanted anything change when through book changed stuff and told them the mistakes to be fixed, the mistakes where not fixed and they told me the 1st proof read from me is free, but you want more changed you must pay $200 so stupid me did

now my book is out inthe world on the 28th may 2014 my book will have been out for a year, from the 28th may 2014 till 28th march 2015 i have made $25 dollars for my royalyies and that was in august 2014 we are now 28th march and i have seen no more

i call them they look into it and tell me i will be getting such and such in this month i wait and nothing call back you dont get the same person and you tell themand they say no you dont get any this month, my royalties i was told every 3 months and was told after the 1st 4 months of my cookbook being out it will lower in price, my book as been out for 10 month and has got higher and higher in price no wonder it aint selling

when i call them about my royalties and the price of my book going down i get told we can not find the recordings for these maybe you told us you didnt want these 2 things recorded, every thing else is recorded so why wouldi stop these things,

i am always getting emails from them say if you give us such and such money we can do you so publicity on your book what annoys me  is i thought i would get back the money i spent on this book and more but xlibris have shattered my dream
