I am a victim of XM Brands. I, like thousands others, ordered the free trial. I have since been sent 2 boxes of the product at $139.00 a whack!
I called the phone number on the bottle 800-440-4397 on several occasions.
I was put on hold. I heard some clicks and then got disconnected.

This is truly a scam! Do not listen to the rebuttal from the company because the phone number she cites is same on the bottle and it does not work anymore! The website is useless! There is no way to contact customer service on their website and the ph. number does not work!

I am filing a complaint with consumer affairs on the state and federal level.
How disappointing to have Oprah associated with this scam. I will attempt to email her staff as well regarding this issue.
