I signed up for a trial of ColonMaxx for $4.95. I never received the product.

I did receive an e-mail from Sivitrol Cleansing System BFT with an order no. of 2921259, date of 8/16/09 and a $4.95 charge.

I did contact this company by e-mail but, they claim I made no order from them.

Now, I have received a charge of $139.97 and still no product. I tried to call the number provided as

as a contact, many times, different days at different times, to no avail; no one answers the phone,

only music playing. I waited 25 minutes one day.

The trial offer of $4.95 was charged to me on 8/20/09 and just seven days later, $139.97 was charged to me. I never received a thing.

I am planning to contact my bank to stop any further charges. What else can I do?
