I am very FRUSTRATED with this company.  Read all th reports, they are all VERY TRUE.  They charged me for 5 months of service (a promotion that they offered), then 3 weeks later charged me for another 5 months, essentially charging me TWICE.  I have tried several times to get a refund, calling their customer service is completely worthless, you might as well be talking to a brick wall. They will do NOTHING.  I plan to cancel this service, and block all charges they attempt. VERY SHADY SERVICE, STAY AWAY!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!  On top of that, they have no physical address. There is a very good reason for this as it makes it difficult for them to be sued.

The customer service is outsourced to India and other places and it can be a horrible experience and very frustrating. I do not know if it is how they are trained, or lack thereof, but here is advice to avoid it.

What you should do is call this number.. 1-888-539-7474. During normal hours an American should answer. The trick is do NOT allow the call to be transferred but INSIST on a supervisor and that you have been transferred for a billing issue before and it was not resolved. Be firm, but not rude. I am sure they would rather resolve this then have you cancel, but if you wish to cancel this is the best way as well. I guess the outsourced workers are on some kind of commission or get reprimanded if customers cancel so they try not to allow it..and as well the language barrier makes it even more difficult and you stated, like talking to a brick wall.
