This company says their software can monitor another's cell phone, location and msgs.
The price is supposed to be approximately $8.95 p/m. But they took the full amount $99.00 when i joined. I was thinking I'd be billed monthly.
Their refund policy says" if you are unhappy w/ the product you may get a full refund if you apply for same w/i ten (10) days".
Thereafter you may get up to a 70% refund. I requested a full refund w/i twevle (12) hours after I discovered I could not utilize their produuct.
I contacted billing as well as support and they refuse to comply w/ their own refund policy.
I never even downloaded their software let alone use it. I can't ! You have to have control of the device you want to monitor and that is impossible for me.
There are no phone numbers, no location info, etc on their site. All you can do is email or live chat.
I fild a compllaint w/ the FTC on them but that takes alot of time if they ever get back to you.
They straight rippd me off !!

I have had the same experience with this company and have had no luck finding any way other than the email to the extremely poor customer service they have.
Would love to have some help in this matter on how to get my money back and hold this company responsible for the horrible way they do business and the lies that they are built on.
