I joined XSport on 7/17/08 on 9210 Milwaukee and thought it's a big gym, looks great, I'll join. I decided to pay for full membership with personal training so I can get the "real" workout with a personal trainer. I was informed I had 10 days to at least try it out if not satisfied to cancel. My 2nd visit was a joke, I was with a trainer that gave me the "orientation" and had to tell him about a charge that I didnt get a discount as promised during signing of the contract. I checked my bank to see what they charged me and saw the $1590 charge for personal training. I was livid and embarrased that this happened to me. I thought it was a joke as this should have been on per use basis and they never told me that I was going to be charged in full.

I checked the contract and it did have that information filled out after I signed it. Why would I pay for something I hadnt consumed? I disputed the charge, filed a complaint, and I will seek legal action on them. I hope others want to initiate a letigation as I want to be part of.

I spoke with them on Tuesday, 7/22/08, as I never receive a callback on Monday and was informed that I only had 3 business days to contact the facility. I told Hillary that was a joke as a "business days" in the real world excludes the weekend. She explained that the membership services would be closed on the weekend when asked that question. I was told that the process with the facility would contact them and they would initiate the process. That was what I was trying to tell her. I didn't want to contact the facility as that was where this problem comes no call back so I called them. I never agreed on the contract to pay in full for the personal trainer only for the regular membership. They fill it out after I had already signed the contract.

I am livid that this happened to me. This to me is a breach of contract and they didn't deliver as what they indicate that it's all about you. Sounds more like it's all about them. What about the 30 day Money Back Guarantee or is that some part of an exclusion.
