Xtreme Tenpin Bowling Bramley Rude Attitude and Misleading Information Johannesburg Other

Booked my son's 8th Birthday Party at Xtreme Bowling,Bramley. When I was booking, was offered 2 options,Pay R25.00 per child per game and provide own refreshments or Pay R55.00 per child for 1 game, a hotdog or hamburger, packet of crisps and a colddrink. Chose option 1, confirmed twice beforehand that I would be providing all my own refreshments and At NO STAGE was I told that colddrinks HAD to be bought on the premises, and that I could not provide my own colddrinks.

Arrived to set up party and was informed by staff on duty that we couldn't provide our own coldrinks, and would have to purchase coldrink by the can at R8.00 each.Staff called the owner to discuss with him, as we had been completely misled. When I got to the phone, the owner, Braden Aab, was incredibly rude, accused me of being a spoilt mother who just wants everything for free, and told me to take my business elsewhere, I was not even offered the opportunity to discuss with him, as he put the phone down, without allowing me to speak at all. Had there been an issue with spilling or mess I could have understood, but this was purely a money making ploy with a seriously bad attitude. I won't ever go back!
