Placed an order with Xymox percussion sept 18th. They billed my card the same day....over a month several calls (unreturned) lots of emails 1 of my 2 products arrived. Several more calls several more emails no 2nd product. I was told 2x it was shipping once even given tracking number by UPS, UPS said never shipped. Called...emailed....still waiting. Product good.....service horrible and don't even think anyone will get back to you because you will be sadly disappointed this was my sons birthday gift...now almost 2 months late and still no idea if or when it will arrive. This is the worst customer service I have received in years. Do Not Order Unless You Don't Need Product!
