XYMOX Percussion Company failed to ship, charged credit card, and has provide ZERO communication for over 2 months after several attempts multiple in California Ontario / Rancho Cucamonga, California

After placing order on Nov 9, 2013, there has been no update or movement on shipping the product.  The website says 4-6 weeks for shipping and I've tried to contact them several times with no success in getting a hold of anyone.  My credit card was charged immediately after placing order (same day) but it's taking over 3 months to produce and ship my product without ZERO updates or communication from the company.   

If I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours, I will have no choice but to file complaint with CPA, FTC, State of NC CPA, and my credit card fraud department as well as local authorites in California as well.  

This is absurd service and I should've done my homework on this company before placing an order.  Regardless, that's why we have CPA laws and agency in place to protect us from fraudlent companies or bad business practices.
