Obviously I am not alone in dealing with this company I have come to find out. So all we can do is band together and keep trying to get them to change their unscrupulous business practices. I have the same issues as everyone else. The company takes your money instantly upon placing your order. Gives you a 4 week ship date. Then states a disclaimer it could take 8 weeks. And when 8 weeks comes and goes they stop communicating. Of course there are no refunds allowed since these products THAT THEY AREN'T MAKING FOR US are custom. I sent this note to Jen Watts:

Jen,

> I'm curious. Assuming all these  parts are in stock and meet your

> quality standards how long does it take to assemble this  unit? The

> reason I am asking is that based on your service and performance to

> date, I don't have the confidence that this order will ship next week

> as promised on Monday 14th or Sunday the 13th as you state. Also I am

> curious about your supply chain. You say you had a "quality issue"

> with a part but further state you are waiting for the "(correct)"

> part. Did you receive a defective part or did you not order the

> correct part? Where are your suppliers located? Are your parts coming

> from domestic or overseas suppliers. The reason I am asking this, is I

> have a hard time believing that it takes over 2 months to source,

> receive and assemble a 12" drum pad consisting of 6 parts. What I am

> most concerned about is that you are running a Ponzi scheme where you

> take money from new customers (in this case a 13 year old kid) to fund

> your operation to supply products to early "investors" (customers).

> Again, I don't think you are going to ship Matthew's pad next week on

> Monday. And I also don't think you are going to ship his second order

> (#100001183) the following Monday the 21st. Can you confirm this, or

> not. Lastly, your draconian terms and conditions which state that your

> "custom" product requires prepayment at checkout and no refunds are

> allowed further reinforces my position that you aren't running a

> sustainable, reputable and honest operation. As your customer we have

> no options but to wait and hope we will receive the product we paid

> for while knowing our payments are being using to build products for other customers.

> I would like an update on both of Matthew's order and firm ship dates.

> Peter
