I needed the "tube" for my Rendova inflatable dingy for my boat. In a web search, I cam across Doug Armstrong of YachtTenders.net. I actually originally bought the boat from him 20 years ago. He said if I sent him $3,200. plus $200. shipping, he could make the "tube" for me right awy. He had an excelent web page and facebook page, I bought from him in the past.  Life had changed for him, Rendova folding, but he was still claiming to be a parts supplier. Great web and Facebook sight. I sent him the money. He gave me up dates and reasons for delays all the way up to the last two weeks, now he does not answer the phone or respond to E-Mails.  He has been working out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the web sight being http://www.yachttenders.net/_index.php. My guess, as to why he stalled me for many months, was because he was collecting money from others and wanted to spread it out as long as he could before he had to close down total contact? I am next going to file an internet fraud complaint at http://www.ic3.gov/crimeschemes.aspx
