Remodeled my kitchen and hung the upper cabinets all uneven, no spacers used, punched holes in back of Kraftmaid cherry cabinets.
Installed water lines to sink WITHOUT the washers! Disposal fell out of the sink while running since it wasn't installed properly. No kidding..I couldn't make this up.
The plumber and carpenter I had to hire to fix everything (to the tune of about $2000)were amazed.
Walked off job without finishing back splash or doing the tiling job.
He presents pictures of jobs he claims he has done. Has numerous complaints against him at the Better Business Bureau (including me!). His brother works with him and he is just as bad.
Claims he is "honorable" and trustworthy since he used to be in the US Navy...HA! Bet he got a "dishonorable" discharge!!

Update:
I won a small claims court settlement (City of Buffalo) of $5000 but will probably never see the money. I have complete before and after photos.
If you wish to contact me about this case I have set up pydy9916 at yahoo dot com to review this. I am willing to talk to the attorney general's office as my contractor who re-hung all the cabinets told me one of them was hung using only ONE bolt.
It was ready to fall off the wall and would have landed on me since it was just above the sink. He too is willing to make a statement. This is clearly a case of a serious accident just waiting to happen with their inability to do construction in a safe manner.

I am wondering if you filed a police report "Theif of Services"? I am looking to get this guy and when I called the DA's office they wanted me to provide other cases. I've called the police to see if any reports are filed but they won't give the information out to me. So I am looking for anyone that has filed a report with the police or would be willing to file.
I've also went to channel 4 but I am the only one who has called to complain about Robin Yaeger / Yaeger construction so at this time they are not willing to run the story. They have the same idea as the DA's office to find more people willing to come forward.
Thank you for your time and I hope your willing to share information. FYI he took us for $40k.
