Electric is one of the highest utility bills that consumer
pay the days of Enron are suppose to be gone. This company cut the power
anytime of the day they want. Lights go off from hours to minutes at a time
during thunderstorms and on sun shiny days. It does not matter what time of the
day it is could be 12:52 p.m.; 8:00 a.m., or 3:14
a.m. it is like someone is sitting around the box cutting the
lights off. There is always one of the trucks driving around but if you needed
help you could not fine one of those trucks. Cutting the power to homes can
trip fire in some off them by shutting the lights on and off three times in one
day. The bills are always over $200 the company is busy rigging some bills
while other customers are paying for the rigged bills.  There are people with two meters and people
with meters who did not have legitimate lights. There are customers getting
lights in there name when they do not own the houses, or the person has died,
and in kids names. Someone who try to obtain legitimate lights will get nothing
but hard times from the company, customers have to pay a membership fee, set up
fee, and this company want to check the credit of it members most of the
members have bad credit if any at all.

 

When you call them and tell them you were on your computer
when the lights were doing this fireworks show the company will tell you to buy
a device for power surges they act as if the high cost of lights arent enough
now you have to buy something else, if they would stop playing with my lights I
would not have to buy anything except electrical power.  The company sees and is busy looking the other
way to the illegal things going on, and they sit back and do nothing, but good
paying customers have to pay the price of all this illegal activity.
