Ybuy Financial Different Made up Addresses. Aka Missouri,st Louis, 63179-0092, aka five concourse parkway suite 400 Lied about my balance that was due on paid off due date. Said $200 for a late fee due to the state I purchased cell phone. After sending me email pay off date 11/22 ,tried to pay and they lied over the phone and said I passed the date. On top of that rip off late fee on a $43.61 bi weekly payment plan. Then manager tells me I called the wrong department when thats the number I always called for service. When ask for the number he gave me the number I dialed. They was playing games along with trying to ruin my credit and rip me off. I ask fir cooperate address or phone number he wouldn't give it to me.... please get this company before they rip somone else off. Atlanta Georgia

My cellphone provider cricket used this Ybuy finance company to approve me for a galaxy s3. I had problems with ybuy since my first payment. Which made me pay clise attention to this company due to shady business. They was suppose to take$43.61 biweekly frm my acct. After a month later I get a statement saying they will no longer will take automated deposit. Whn I called they said it was due to my prepaid credit card that wasn't allowed. In which this is the card I used at credit to set up acct. The statement never showed the amount due every letter tht came never showed a amount due so I constantly had to call to get amount. I ended up the first payment paying $40 in late fees. Finally I get a bill with figures on it close to the month im suppose to have paid the phone off 11/22 when I called to pay it in full. Tell me I owe $500 the phn was $499 I paid them over $200 already, I asked for a manager and he says I was late 4 payments and have $200 in late fees because of the state I lived in whn I purchased the phone. He begans to tell me he cant give me the break dwn and hes just collections , I dialed the wrong number and also whn I ask for correct number he gives me the same number I dialed. He was very unprofessional. I asked for cooperate addresses or phone number. He said im not allowed that information. When I told him I live in the state of Georgia can I come to office he said there not in Georgia and ther in Missouri. I asked him about the address that's on there company mail, he said he don't know nothing about that location. That's when I said enough is enough and where have my money bern goin to and these people are scams. They try to make you late not to pay off your loan on time so they can make you pay that credit limit. It's paying for ya item twice. I have emails stating my pay off date was 11/22 and they still lied and said I passed the date...please research this rip off company. Before they get someone else. I just want to pay what I owe and get them out my life. I come to far trying to repair my credit for Ybuy Financial to rip me off.
