Yellow Freight YRC / Roadway Scam, Crooks, Won't do what they were hired to do, EXCUSES, LIES,Unethical Ringgold, Georgia

   Ordered a dishwasher from AJ Madison (don't get me started on them, they are bad too) and they shipped it through Yellow Frieght. I had to pick it up from the dock because YRC said they couldn't deliver it (I am 45 miles away).  Discovered dishwasher was crushed.  AJ filed a claim with YRC which they refused even though it was insured.  They denied it because I picked it up from the dock.  Funny how they make you pick it up and then use it as an excuse to not pay the claim. 
  
Contacted AJ Madison (again a nightmare) who hired YRC.  AJ said YRC is to pick it up crushed dishwasher from my house.  A week later YRC driver calls me while I am picking my kids up from school.  He wanted me to be home in 30 mins.  I told him I would be there in an hour.  He tells me he is in a box truck.  Driver is flustered and I can hear him huff after I told him when I'd be home.

20 mins. later the YRC dispatcher called and asked if I would meet the driver and that he was "afraid" to come to my house.  I told them NO, I couldn't lift it by myself into my vehicle and AJ gave me explicit directions that YRC was to pick it up and that there is no problem getting to my house in a BOX truck.  School bus goes down my road everyday along with dump trucks and heavy equipment.

I knew when I said I'd be an hour they would make some excuse to not come get the dishwasher.  They refused to come.

AJ told me I had no choice but to take it to the YRC dock and if AJ didn't get the CRUSHED dishwasher back they wouldn't give me my credit ($1,232.00).

I delivered the dishwasher to the YRC dock.  Took pictures and video of the event for my protection.

AJ did give me my credit (finally after 3.5 weeks of fight) BUT now YRC is billing ME for the freight to return the CRUSHED dishwasher to AJ.  The BOL says right on it to bill AJ.

YRC made every effort to not do the job they were paid to do and then they bill the person that had to do their job for them (ME).  I should bill them for the fuel it cost me to go there and back TWICE!

I called YRC told them I outright refuse to pay the bill, that I did not hire them, and if they wanted to fight about it I'd see them in court and I'd be happy to put it in writing!
