Yellow Stone Capital is engaged in false advertising and misrepresents their product to its customers. Their web site advertises that "no personal guarantee" is required for their loan or factoring cash products even if you or your business has bad credit. They will waste your time completing their application and going through their application process and in the end they will produce their standard contract to sign which does require a Personal Guarantee. Their representatives are then trained to inform you that this Personal Guarantee only applies to situations where your company owners or officers defraud Yellow Stone Capital. Don't fall for this misrepresentation by them. The Personal Guarantee in their Agreement provides that the owners or officers of your business as guarantor are liable for the "full, complete and timely performance of all of Merchant's (your business) obligations under the Agreement."  This is a quote directly from Yellow Stone's Agreement. Clearly the intent here is to woe small businesses in by offering them "no personal guarantee" and then hoping they do not recognize the existence of the Personal Guarantee in the final Agreement. If you do notice the Personal Guarantee in their Agreement, Yellow Stone's representatives will go so far as misrepresent it's meaning in a further attempt to confuse and manipulate. Do not be fooled into signing their contract or you will be placing everything you own on the line. At the very least make sure you have an attorney review. If you do, you will find they most likely will recommend against signing.
