Yelp.com is a fraudulent RIPOFF! Company keeps charging our credit cards without authorization. San Fransisico California

Right Way Home Services agreed to a three month contract with Yelp at $800 a month. During this time, we were unable to get a hold of anyone at the company. We had only agreed to a THREE month contract. After the third month, I noticed a charge to our account from Yelp. They had charged us again. We continuously tried to contact them regarding the status of our account.

Finally, a new lady at the company named Kelli Muir was appointed as our "Account Manager." During her welcome call, she tried to state that we could only get out of the account after July and it does not state anywhere on the contract that we agreed to a six-month subscription. Kelli said that she was going to have her manager contact us but we haven't heard back. Today, I noticed a second, unauthorized debit from the company's account for $800. I have already left messages on our sales representative, old and new account manager's voice mail. 

This company is a ripoff. Since we have started their so-called "Online Advertising," we have gotten zero calls or any business and they will not return our calls.
