Yelsa Productions, Asley Williams, Film Director, Film Producer WARNING: Asley Williams Executive Producer Breached Contract with Atlanta Investor and Has Not Paid Returns on Investment Washington, DC District of Columbia

Please be advised that I invested in the so-called bounty hunter reality show "FTA Justice" (found at http://www.ftajustice.com/yelsa.html) during October 2007. The show was created by Yelsa Production's executive producer Asley Williams, who is based out of Washington D.C. The other Yelsa executives listed on the FTA Justice website are as follows: Dee Henry Lee, Associate Executive Producer; Donnie Fluty, Associate Executive Producer; and Asley William's son Phillip A. W. Greene (title unknown).

Asley Williams and Yelsa Productions have not fullfilled there end of the agreement and as a result, it has had an extremely negative impact on my small business. Currently, I am looking for a parttime job to offset the unforeseen cost of this unfortunate so-called investment.

I have literally spent hours and hours, during my business hours, conducting research, talking with my legal counsel, etc. to recover my loss. Asley Williams has not fullfilled any of her fiscal responsibilities, which are stated in our agreement. Asley Williams has stated in email her intentions to return my investment. Asley Williams even emailed me requesting my physical address so that she can mail the check to me directly. Furthermore, Asley Williams stated she saw the check on her desk and she said I would receive it within the next 48 hours. That was almost two months ago.

I became very leary of my investment in Yelsa Production's "FTA Justice" when communications between Asley Williams and I came to a halt just after I transferred my investment money in her son's bank account. Prior to that she would call me very often, stating the urgency of me getting the money in by a certain point in time to ensure its approval.

I can remember prior to sending the money calling Asley, while she was in a meeting and having her answer the phone to say "let me call you back" or something to that extent. However, after I made the investment, it was like pulling teeth to get her to answer her phone. Eventually, she responded once I called her son's school to get resolve.

I encourage anyone who is seeking to do business with Asley Williams and Yelsa Production to be aware of her business practices as this is the second report filed on RIPOFF website. Only GOD knows how many other companies and individuals have similiar testimonies.

My next steps are Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Washington DC local TV fraud alert correspondents, etc. When I am finished, the internet will sing the truths of my bad business experience with Asley Williams and Yelsa Productions.
