Clayton Parks sold their Communities to a new group called Yes Communities. Calyton did not adhere to park rules and Yes Communities is even worse. The same management and attorneys are used for this new entity and I question if there was much of a change other than to avoid compliance in ordinance and park rules and regulations of lease agreement.

Yes communities has been repeatedly asked to enforce these regulations by the residents and is ignoring these requests.

Lights were promised in the roads and they are not being provided....roads are not widened as requred by county ordinance and structures are added without permits which is destroying our investments.

Multiple families are being moved into small mobile homes devaluating our investment and park commitments and these families are not english speaking so when they violate rules, such as blocking roads leaving trash around and toys for the many children residing with them you cannot talk to them.

Infants are running all over on the roads leaving toys on the road for cars to hit and again, the management is turning a blind eye.

It is apparent some are not legal residents and there is a flag hung in a window at the entrance from another country.

Crime has increased at the same time.

The park has had homes valued up to 80k added with the promise the older homes would be replaced with new ones and when Yes Communities took over park rules and restrictions are being ignored.

This is a dispicable company as many existing residnets, like myself, are elderly and disabled and made a considerable investment in their property intending to retire here. Our property is being destroyed and we have no enforcement of ordinances which are made to protect us.

employees park right in front of the office leaving only one parking stop open.

the spot next to the handycap is for them to unload the wheel chair NOT for golf carts.

I live in a Yes community in Greensboro NC.

I read your reply, Alls i have to say is you are full of ****. Or you just don`t know any better. The guidelines mean noting here. Your new manager Dawn gives out late notices to people who payed their rent a week ago, Two months ago we didn`t get our statment until the 7th. The pool has been closed more then it`s been open. No one here gets a permit for anything they do resetents or employees. **** the big man and his wife can`t even get there cars registered in NC , iguess they`re above state laws . They work for YES!  I could go on and on , You people have no clue to what your employees do all day. They don`t enforce anything but they did contract a tow co. to enforce the parking rules. The company truck was parked on the grass for over a week in front of a home you just bought. They block and park in the handycap parking spot right in front of the office like it`s all good. That might not mean anything to you but it does to me after my car was tow. And they lie right to your face , like i don`t know any better. YES COMMUNITIES IS A FARCE !!

YES! Communities Acquisition Procedures

AUTHOR: YES! Communities - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, August 13, 2013

YES! Communities acquired several communities from Clayton Homes in early 2008. During the acquisition process the appropriate authorities evaluated each community and any issues such as these mentioned such as narrow roads or structures without permits would have been reported and corrected immediately. Furthermore, the county evaluates each community annually to ensure everything is up to code. YES! Communities enforces the Community Living Guidelines fairly amongst all residents and encourage any resident who witnesses violations or disregard for the guidelines to report all instances to the community management or our customer service department at YESICanHelp@yescommunities.com. We do take all residents concerns very seriously and want to maintain a community residents will be proud to call home.
