Yesi Yesi Graphic Design AKA Yesi Yesi Design Graphic Designer Ran Off With My Money, Waited till After 30 Day Refund Date to Screw Me Over Los Angeles California

It's been 5 months since I purchased a new website design from a designer off of Etsy called Yesi Yesi. I've gone back and forth for months with her sometimes taking a month to reply to my emails. She created several inital designs in a PDF form that were not at all in line with what I described, at times ripping off other peoples site designs. On top of that, she would take weeks to alter even the smallest thing.

After reviewing the contract that I signed with her it lists the typical wait time for a project such as mine as 1-2 weeks. I tried contacting her twice to ask about when the website would be finished with no response. So finally I sent her a letter asking for my money back for services not rendered and once again there was no response. I let her know that I do plan to go forward with an investigation with PayPal and Etsy, Visa and basically any other group that I can find and once again there was no response. 

I've reviewed this sellers Etsy account and I believe she is running a scam. The majority of the items she sells are inexpensive pre-made graphic designs, which is how she has kept a fairly high (94%) positive rating on Etsy. The other items she sells are website designs etc. The website designs are almost entirely negative in feedback with several sellers saying that the product they paid for was never provided.

Both Etsy and PayPal have a limited time frame in which you can get a refund. I believe Yesi and Reed (her assistant designer) took as long as they did to respond and produce simple changes because they were trying to get out of the 45 day time frame when you can get a refund and review publicly. 

I have records of all of my emails with Yesi and Reed and plan to take screenshots of our convo's and the ripped off designs she stole from other people's websites. I'm not sure if I will ever get my money back but at the very least I want everyone to know what happened.
