YMAX/MAGIC JACK Akassh Basu (India) money recipient, Tzvi Shtaiman (YMAX owner?) Hijacking Computers Naples ???, West Palm Beach, PalmBeach Florida

  A person (maybe connected to the name Akassh Banu in India and Tzvi Shtaiman at YMAX) called my husband on  1/21 and told him our Computer Protection Company DEKTEK was going out of business, bankrupt and they needed to get into our computer to repair the malware protector program that had been compromised. 
   We believed him and allowed to remotly access our computer. He promptly began to put all our files etc. in the recycling bin, threatened to delete all of them unless we sent him a Western Union Money-gram for $650. 
   He locked us out of our computer and the real protection company is now working on a program that will override his lockout command and retstore our machine. The Business connected to this scam is YMAX possibly in Naples Florida but they seem to show up in scam reports from all over the USA, where the phone call from Akassh Banu (if that's his name) is emenating.  The phone of this guy is 239-384-7131.
   Fortunately when he printed the name for us to use to send the Money-Gran to India to an Akash Banu (he misspelled it) it was supposed to be Akassh Banu and it could not be delievered.  He demended we resend the money to the correct name the next morning or our computer would be deleted. We did not. We were able to stop the original Money-Gram and get our money back.   
    It seems this company YMAX is notorious for supporting those who are pulling scams.  They use Magic Jack. I imagine, to switch around phones.  He laughed at us when we said we would inform the autorities.  His quote, "Go ahead, they'll never find me."  They are very good at messing up computers and hiding themselves.  I hope you are good at finding them and bringing them to justice.  

We called our actual company DEKTEK and they are helping us to unlock our machine.
