YMS False Pretense of obtain illegal gainings. Alpharetta, Georgia

I received a phone call offering me a $100.00 gift card from K- Mart. Never received the card, but received a phone call charging me for magazines that began to come to my address without asking for them.
My credit card didn'tacknowledge the payments and I believe that was for a reason. When I asked to stop sending me magazines they told me I have to pay in order to stop or cancel the order. Then I received a bill for $248.00 for a service thjat I never ask for. I decline to pay first because never receive what I wa promise and I don't read magazines.
The magazines still coming and when I called again nobody answered the called. In the previous conversation they threated me with notifying the credit report.
This people are going to ruine my credit and I am not going to be able to pay that amount of money.
