Yorkshire Manor Mobile Home Park Village President Candidate Steals Money From Residents! Carleton Michigan

  the park manager Debbie and her husband Glenn Goodnight (who is running for village president) are running a water scam on the residents of Yorkshire Mannor Mobile Home Park in Carleton MI. They own their own billing company and water meter reader and send out their own bills. They refuse to tell you your actually water usage and claim everything comes from "the water company" I've spoke with the village of Carleton and they stated The park does all their own billing, water readings and shut offs. There are several unexplained charges and the park manager refuses to speak about them and threatens to terminate your lease if you try to question any further. They are scamming 100s of people out of countless amounts of money and something needs to be done! There has never been a person out to read the water meters they are just putting totals on bills with no explanation and we are forced to pay it other wise they come to our homes and shut off our water.
