My wife was looking for a bad credit loan company. She wanted to straighten out our finances before I returned home. The company Yorkview Mutual Finance approached her through an e-mail and telephone call.
Multiple agents soon got involved. My wife was taken for over $4,000 as she was paying for an insurance plan for the loan of $17,500. She paid these payments via MoneyGram to individuals in Canada.
When I got home and got involved their representatives would answer the phone then hang up on us. I finally got ahold of the CEO Roland Williams and Chief Financial Officer Andrew St. Johns. On tape they admitted this loan has taken to long to process. They wanted another another $450.00 for our refund. When I said no they have come up with every excuse they could to avoid us. There have been no return phone calls or emails.
Now their excuse today is that they have to have a coverage plan. They will not provide business licenses. It is just wrong.
