Yossi Salon FRAUDELENT....FALSE ADVERTISING!! Woodland Hills, California

YOSSI, the owner, is incompetent and inept  in his skills and customer service. He reminds me of a used car salesman. He will smile in front of your face and try to push products you don't need for profit. He pushes the Brazilian Blowout but is not certified in the art. Call the company and ask for his name or salon they will tell u what I have just told you. BEWARE of his so-called Brazilian Blowout. He's manipulative in his ways and will pass on the Brazilian Keratin as the original Brazilian Blowout because the company will not sell the products to him without being certified. I have sat there while he has lied to his customers about giving them the Brazilian Blowout where in fact its actually the Brazilian Keratin. He currently has the products because his previous hairstylists had asked the company to make a visit while she stocked the salon with the products. If you find yourself getting the Brazilian Blowout by him, BEWARE make sure you ask to see the bottle/product. However, after talking to some of his customer, he STILL can't manage to master it.  He treats people with the utmost disrespect and talks about them behind their back.  He is very argumentative and unprofessional.

COLOR - you would get better results if you went to Walmart and bought the color yourself.  

I have never met a person with so much negativity.  He lacks customer service which in this service industry is IMPORTANT. If u decide to try him out, dont say you haven't been warned. Its just hair...it will grow back.
