young land scaping father son agreement of terms to remove trees and not leave a mess..trees were left half cut and would fall at will. i was never told of this ,i walk in the woods and my renters do also w/children my fence was smashed,the trampolin ,gardens ,the 3 tree i wanted down they only took one,,the tops of trees and limbs left all over yard.the driveway was to be taken care of after they were done..it is getting washed away its been 5 month the agreement was they would only be a month..large trees in my rental property trees laying on the ground ready to go to mill..i have gone to them 4 times each time they say dont worrie and each time nothing but 1 day 2hrs of work,,they now are chopping thought trees 3 driveways down..yet i still have trees on ground they chopped..i have a river running down the driveway because of the place they were loading i guess the only choice logs they wanted..i have hurt my back,neck trying to get piles of tree iops out on my walking path to gardens and the piled tree tops are attracting wild life now killing my chickens as i can not walk the pathes i did,and im sure that helped keep them from being so close. rockymount Virginia

 hired to remove trees cost being 1/3 plus 1/3 for fuel..[going is price is 1/2 to land owner no fuel cost].land would be cleaned up of tree tops limbs..driveway would get new rock and spread.  they came and fell trees on fences, gardens, swing, set trampolin. the trade off was set at him and his dad going to bend [back fance,and level some ground and 2 truckloads muture][i would pay fuel cost] thats what was worked out over my stuff. never even came to trying to do one thing.  .they cut the prime wood left tree tops and limbs all over also half cut a hudge tree that fell days after they were here!!! and trees cut on ground, its been 3 months main tractor laying broke in rental property w/large tree trunk chained on it..my driveway is getting washed out from damage from loading logs.  i have gone to the fathers house and each time i get the same story they are coming..they have only come back 1 time worked 2 hrs..i see thier trucks going to mill so they are chopping and dropping someone elses trees...they raped my land of the trees they wanted and riped up my property and broke up my belongins.i'm left with nothing to work out anything with them i have tried..and still owe me a 1/3 of last load they took.. it is a night mare i would never had done it..but was told it would be all cleaned up and driveway taken care of..i can not even now walk in my woods all the pathes have tree tops on them and i'm not sure if any trees are half cut ready to fall at will..this is greatly missed my walks on my land and it cause wildlife to come closer to house i have lost 2 chickens and lost a whole garden i had planted[hours of work and time]do to them not showing up as they told me they would to bend the fence they bent.. its a nightmare as if they had a right to come rip up my property take and smash make better money off ripping me off of every trade off i had to justify me only get 1/3 my driveway the three trees i needed down only 1 tree taken down out of the three and my driveway is riped up 3x more and water is re routed to it!more damage coming.                                       Mary Rocky mount va
