 I saw a free trial offer for skincare online and decided to try it. I ordered it on January 25th. They charged my debit card on the 26th and 27th for shipping and handling and I did not receive the products until the 30th. Then they charged me the full price of $89.31 on February 9th. I called them on the 9th to see why they charged me and they told me that my 14 day trial period was over so I got charged the full amount. I tried to tell they that I didn't even get 14 days to try it out. They told me the 14 days starts when you order it not when you get it. I asked for an address to return it to get my money back. She told me they don't take returns. So I asked her to cancel my order so they don't send me more. I went to the bank to see if they could help me and they told me no, it is a legal but sneaky scheme. I am out the $89.31. That's it.
