MIchelle in all honesty you sound about as bright as most of your telemarfeters.  Many of them can barely speak english.  You can end this debate right no by just playing the leads you sent me so all agents can hear the leads and make their own determination on wheter or not they will want to buy leads from your company in the future.  Ten of the 25 leads did not meet your own self imposed criteria and should have been repalced as you like to state that you HAPPILY DO.

Put up or shut up.  I stated I think your leads suck and you state they are the best.  My claim is also backed by over 30 other prior complaints about your company.  It's not like I am the lone wolf here.

Sherry and you are all habitual liars.  We al know your company wont startan order until you have the money in your grubby little hands.  On another post you are now sating I never paid fror them.  I paid via paypal for the entire order and that fact can easily be proven so stop the lies.  In fact put and end to all my bashing of your compnay by playing the leads you sold me all 25 of them.  If that is too much work for you I will send you the names of ten and  Play them for all to hear.  Let them decide if you replace your leads or not and let them decide if you screen every lead before you send them.  You say you replace 2 to 2%.  That maybe so but according to my last batch you should have replace 35 to 40%.

What does sold off mean.  I paid you via paypal for the batch of 25 leads at $17.00 apiece.  YOu owe me for the bougs leads you never replaced plus the fee 8 ones you ofered me for a referral from a year ago.  I guess thats about right you pay a debt a year later.

I got an idea you have the rescources to play the leads fro everyone to her.  YOu say you have a 1 to 2% rep;acement ration.  Let me pick ten leads from the order and you post them here for all to hear.  That otta shut you up. If your leads are so good prove it.

I have the whole 25 leads from your company MIchelle.  If I played them most agents would want to replace 8 to ten.  they were horrible leads missing and wrong names 4 or 5 wer obviousoly senile and 4 or 5 refused to answer your banking wuestion which according to your rules maes them replaceable.  You guys need to get a clue  Your leads suck big time.  Most of them have no interest at all in buying insurance or let alone even considering to talk about it.

Google YAL and read them and weep.  That many people are not wrong.  If you spent half as much time pleasing your customers as making excuses you  might even stay aflost.  You guys are on drugs or just plain slow.  I think you are senile just like so many of your leads.  Keep maing excuses.    Wheres John meeting with the credit card company.  H**l they won't even deal with ya anymore.

I am having a hard time understanding why Merrill Pittman used us as his lead source for over a year if our leads were so "bad"? Contrary to what Merrill says, every lead is absolutely screened to ensure that it does meet our guaranteed criteria before it is sent to the agent.  If a lead ever accidentally gets sent and does not meet our guaranteed criteria, it would definitely be replaced. Unfortunately, we cannot replace leads because an agent is mad that he could not make a sale with it.

In an email Merrill said "Overcoming objections from retards is easy."(referring to people with Dementia or Alzheimers) I think that shows a high level of insensitivity to mentally challenged people. None of our telemarketers are licensed to diagnose medical or mental problems, and I don't believe Merrill is either. When screening leads, if we ever suspect a prospect might have Dementia or Alzheimer, we do not send them. And we definitely don't refer to them as "retards".

In another email, Merrill told us "Do us all a favor and go shoot yourselves."  I would be willing to bet that the majority of Merrill Pittmans clients know someone who has been affected by Dementia or Alzheimers, or know someone who has experienced the heartache of suicide. They would probably think twice about having an insurance agent who takes these
matters so lightly, and is so unprofessional.

It is my job to service customers. I am a very honest, credible person. If the allegations you are making against Your Advantage Leads were true, I would not be working with them. I stand behind the company I work for and the leads we provide 100%.  You said yourself that you sold 5 policies from your last order. If our leads are so "bad", how is that possible? Also, I am having a hard time understanding why you would issue a charge back for the order you sold 5 policies from? That seems very odd to me, and not something that a reputable business person would do. I guess its okay for you to get paid, but not us after we worked hard to do the job you asked us to do.

Merrill, we both know what this is really about; you are bitter because we are the ones who ended our business relationship with you, due to you always trying to get free leads for bogus reasons.  You claim you are the one who stopped doing business with us, but the both of us know it was the other way around. You are mad because you know for a fact we do indeed provide the best leads, and you will not be able to receive them anymore.

Our lead quality is higher than it has ever been, and our reorder rates are through the roof. That alone speaks for itself. I invite any agent reading this post of yours to call our sales department and have them play a sample of one of our introductions. Since they are all recorded on the front and back, your claims are false and mainly designed to harm our company for no good reason.

Merrill, you sold off the leads and that should be the end of it. Now you should either pay for the leads or stop bashing our company with invalid complaints, because none of the other agents want to hear about your 5 sales off leads you have no intention of paying for.

Hopefully you will be able to find a lead source able to afford a client like you.
