Your Biz Websites / Duvet Dollars /Automated Income Streams Ltd Ripped me off, double billed. I cancelled within the 30 days and have had to fight for everything I can get back. Colchester, Essex CO2 7NN United Kingdom

I made an inquiry to a site for free websites (should have known better) it was called YourBiz Websites. I admit I initially invested $149.95. The website itself was very vague and that should have sent up a red flag. It was a canned site where you had no input at all. The refund policy was 30 days and I requested cancellation within that time frame.

When I received my statement, not only was I double billed for yourbizwebsite two charges of $149.95; but also enrolled in fast track for, google adwords of $69.96 and a merchant account for $199. To add insult to injury, I was somehow enrolled in "Duvet Dollars" $199 and $69.95 and I have no clue what that was. This was a grand total of $836!

After checking into this company more, the parent company is Automated Income Stream, Ltd located in the UK. The telehone number is strictly one way - if you don't key in the info they request, you just keep going around and around.

I started on my campaign of emailing the company and finally "Chris" who I assume is Chris Cobb (the owner) responded and agreed to refund my monies. I waited and after several emails back and forth I first got the duplicate $149.95 refunded. More emails and received additional refunds totalling $368.50. I was still short $100 from the yourbiz website an still nothing about the Duvet Dollars. I'm still $368.95 short and will not stop until I get my money (or die trying) HA! HA!

I just want to warn others. Couple things learned. Watch out for overseas companies. It's hard to file charges. Also make sure there is a valid telephone number with a live human being at some point on the other end.

Now I know how Mr. Cobb made his money!!
