Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
your gift cards promised a $50 visa or mastercard to order products from another company and i have received the products from the company but nothing from yourgiftcards.com I am also emailing the company i purchased from that i thought was a reputable company that they are dealing with a foul company and i am very disappointed in both companies.

I sent numerous emails to them and they would respond with how I needed to register. Well I emailed back that I had registered, I had recieved my books and now I wanted to get my giftcard as promised.
Once again, I recieved an email with the same info. Finally after much persistence on my part, I was emailed a fulfillment certificate to mail to them. So, look up the info and go to their contact site. Now I haven't recieved my card yet, but it does state on the print out to give them 6-8 weeks for delivery. Try it, it worked for me!
