We have a contract on a property in foreclosure. A representative from Your Morgage Solutions who goes by the name of Kenneth Robertson (we don't believe it's his real name) went to the people's home 2 days after we signed our contract offering the homeowners $10,000 and promising to save the homeowners from foreclosure. He never told them what the $10,000 was for. He claimed he was going to stop the foreclosure, but he can't because he doesn't have the reinstatement information to deal with the mortgage company. We do.

Now he is claiming that he has a contract which predates ours. We have the feeling that he got the elderly, disabled homeowner to sign an undated contract and then went in and added a date. We explained to the homeowners that the guy is going to get them to sign their deed over to them in exchange for the money, then boot them out of the house and sell it for an enormous profit since he only paid $10,000 to get it, but because they are so desperate to stay in the house, they are believing him. He is a pathological liar and true sociopath preying on elderly people.

The document I have attached is a marketing piece he left with these homeowners. A brief internet check revealed that Maree Reed, LLC is a nonexistent company as of 3 years ago.

Also, his use of the HUD logo is extremely misleading and possiibly illegal, since he is certainly not a representative of HUD, nor does he have any "HUD Programs" available. All he does is rip people off.

If you call him, the name Your Mortgage Solutions is displayed, but it is the same company as Maree Reed, LLC.
