After reading several of the similar stories, I would like to add another to the pile to help get these trash-hounds shut down. I was interested in the class to move my real estate investing to the next level.  After going to the first class, I sounds good, they have mastered the scam.  I signed up for the next class and told myself that $1997.00 was a good investment if it taught me how to invest in new and creative ways. The offer they put on the table also that THEY would be your source of funding for the rest of your real estate investing is a TOTAL SCAM AND IS NOTHING AT ALL THEY CLAIM IT TO BE....IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS AND WOULD COST YOUR THOUSANDS TO BORROW HUNDREDS.  You are given a project the first day that encourages you to "find" as much money as possible to be able to leverage yourself and use others money, but what they are really doing is trying to get you to raise your minimum on all your credit cards and apply for new ones so in the next part of the SCAM they can sell you continued "education" for 17k-40k with the "new" money you just raised by getting new cards.  The stuff they offer is BOGUS and YOU SHOULD RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.  Take your money and buy a real estate book, talk with a friend that does it or study it on the free internet..... its not that hard.  DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS IN ANY WAY AND IF THEY COME TO YOUR TOWN SHOW THE HOSTING VENUE THE AMOUNT OF NEGATIVE INFORMATION ABOUT THEM AND DEMAND THEY NOT BE LET TO RIP PEOPLE OFF IN YOUR AREA.  This place should be shut down and I cannot believe it is still going.  Read other reviews and make up your own mind.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
