In April 2012 I purchased a YourPad P4 - New Android 4.0 from Yourstoreonline.com. They first advertised this deal through Kgbdeals which I ordered. It took so long for them to ship the tablet to me that when it was time to finally ship the tablet there
was a price deduction from the original company Youronlinestore.com that was selling it to Kgbdeals. So I cancelled that order with kdbdeals since they wouldnt match the price and I placed the second order directly with "Youronlinestore.com" for a cheaper price. What a mistake that was... yes I saved 25.00 but the product then went on back order for several more weeks. I think this is their bait and switch (lower price but you have to wait for months to get it). Finally when I called their customer no service for like the 20th time, the tablet seems to finally have come in. The next day I notice on Yourstoreonline.com they gave the tablet an upgrade of a gig of memory for another $10.95 what a deal. So I called back to customer no service and ask
them to switch my half a gig original tablet order with the new upgraded 1 gig of memory model. Of course after I gave them my credit card this time on the phone and not an internet order, they never told me it was back ordered until three days later when I called to see why I have not gotten my tracking email for my new tablet that was supposed to be shipped express mail to me.

To make a long story short, after several phone calls to customer no service my tablet finally came in, it only took 4 months, lol. I was so excited!!! But when I got my tablet they sent me the wrong one, it was the original one without the upgrade. I put several calls into the supervisor as well as with their managers. I even left Paul (Head Manager) several voicemails but never got any reply back. As of today Aug 23, 2012, I still have not gotten a call back nor gotten my upgraded tablet. The story today is it is in and should be mailing out tomorrow. Of course they have been saying that to me for weeks. The bottom line
