your store online just got ripped off! when you give your CC info, a 3 question customer servey pops up, you do it then your invoice pops up paid! with 15.95 s&H ! WHAT? cant contact cust. service. Internet
i ordered a 16 pc. carpet gripper set from "Your Store Online" for 16.95 and 3.95 S&H , when i finished putting in my credit card info and shipping method, ($3.95) pressed "next" a 3 question servey popped up asking how my shopping experience was on YOUR STORE ONLINE, so i answered the 3 questions and hit submit questionaire, and my invoice page popped up ORDER COMPLETE and thanked me for my order. and on the invoice the shipping charge is 15.95!!! at that moment i knew, i just got ripped off! every reputible online store shows you the invoice FIRST befor completing the order. i found 2 numbers on the site but both are just a robotic voices saying they cant take my call. i went to "my account" and saw that my order said processing not shipped yet and sent them 2 emails. it says I will be contacted within 24 hours but im sure they wont after seeing the 20+ complaints on this page. going to the bank first thing in the morning to close out my account and re-open with a different acct number. i should have stuck to AMAZON!
