Do not buy from yourfencestore.com. They sell much overpriced but low quality stuff and has the worst customer service, almost like a scam. They charge your credit card right away after you order and don't ship anything until you keep emailing them and have to threaten them. They don't let you know any information about shipment and delivery estimate. They don't answer the phone, and when you are lucky someone does anwer your call, they don't give you any information for returns. They simply ignor your emails or calls regarding canceling order or returns. They charge you a lot for returning even unopened noncustom stuff.
Run away from this scam-like operation.

It would be nice to know who you are and what you purchased.
This sounds like a hoax to me (are you one of our competitors). We sell the
best products on the market and our quality cant be beat. Our overhead is low
allowing us to sell below most of our competitors. We are one of the largest
fence dealers and have been selling on the net almost longer than anyone else
in our industry. Our competitors come and go but we are still in business. That
speaks for itself. We have outstanding customer service and answer all calls
live. In the heat of the season if all of our phone lines are busy, you may get
our voice mail but all calls are returned shortly thereafter. If a customer
requests to return something if it meets the return policy a RMA is provided
within 24 business hours.
One thing about this website is that they don't have a place for customer to leave good comments about a company. They also make their money by charging $2000 to arbitrate to get your name off their website.
