I signed up for the free trial and the company deducted postage and packing of £4.19 twice which was as agreed. When i was sent the invoice it only had these 2 charges that they would be taking from my card. When i checked my online Natwest account statement my balance was puzzling so i rang Natwest and was told that £64.51 was due to come out of my account twice on 05/03/2011. Even though i noticed it early and contacted my bank straight away, they said they couldn't block or stop the payments because it was pending.

This is made all the more worse as they are impossible to contact by phone and don’t reply to emails. I really don’t know what to do to get my money back…
