My Mother is on Social Security. She's been in Italy for five months. Susan Lucci product comes to my door with my mom's name on it. I call them up. The tell me supposedly my Mom called and used a credit card. My mom does not have a credit card. They proceed to tell me the Card did not go through... Ok if it did not go through why are you sending out packages with no payment?! Now I am staring at a bill of 100 plus dollars they tell me needs to get paid or it goes to a collection agency. ... Let it go to the collection agency. She has no credit report really to worry about.

The company would not have your mothers information if some one had not gave it to them. The reason why they sent it out before the card got approved is it gets a free upgrade to priority so the customer does not have to wait to try their new product companies sometimes do a small charge on a card that usually disappears before you see it to see if the charge will go through than send the product immediatly so when the charge declined they sent a bill.
