How bogus can they get. Please do not order from the Youthful Essence website. Their "customer service" email is fake and tells you it does not recognize your email address even though they email you back that they have received your order. Therefore, you cannot cancel your subscription with them..
I had to forward my cancellation through a confirmation email that was sent to me when I ordered only to be emailed back that they would contact me in 3 to 5 business days. WHAT? So I contacted my credit card co. and blocked further charges from them and nipped it in the bud.
If something does not fly right, don't take a chance, alert your credit card company. They want you to wait 3 to 5 days so they can stick you with unauthorized charges on your account. Don't be a victim, you have a right to cancel if you are not pleased with the product or for whatever reason, it does not give them the right to rip you off.
Youthful Essence is just another cheap infommercial ruse. This is a disgrace!

why wouldn't you call to cancel anyway you have more control over what is going on you canget employees name and number and you can request confirmation sent to you I also would suggest calling back in a few days to make sure it is cancelled for peace of mind if nothing else.

If you wanmt to cancel call the costomer service line to cancel. Occasionally you may reach a representitve that does not care what you want, but the company cares about customer service so if you reach someone who does not care and you still have issues call back you are bound to find someone who will take care of you. If you call to cancel andits not cancelled why would you not call back call again domeone is bound to take care of your needs. It is a good company and they teach great customer service some people just do not take care of the customer as they should.
