Just spent a good 20 minutes trying to contact YouTube to give feedback suggestion about a problem on their website so I decided to put it here to save time! Sick of billion dollar companies that don't have customer service.
My problem is shortened links. When I look at a channel I only see a tiny fraction of the total description and have to open every single video in a person's channel to find what I'm looking for. Some of your site has a hover over feature where the complete title can be viewed just by hovering over the link to open the video but your site doesn't do that. That is messed up. I ask that you fix that please. Easy problem fix.
I tried joining a help forum, specifying what I was there for and for the life of me couldn't find any button to POST A QUESTION!

People have to watch ads. If it were free there would be no ads. The site lies like any other site that claims that it's free. If there is any condition to use it then that constitutes payment. Payment is my time having to watch ads. Therefore seeing it is people like me that are the reason why YouTube has any income stream whatsoever I do not feel it unreasonable that they have customer support for their site. Make sense? No business gives it's services away for free. They just claim "free" and lie about it to give it a reputation.
